Arden’s Bake presents our signature artisanal, seeded sourdough cracker, hand-made and home-baked to maximise quality and taste. We pack our crackers with premium, all natural ingredients of nutritious seeds, Papasgrove Greek olive oil and specially sourced pink sea salt, held together on a thin, sourdough base made with organic wheat flour.
A sourdough base has lower phylate levels and hence is more digestible and nutritious, while the probiotics help to keep your gut happy. In addition, seeds are a great source of healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, beyond being a fantastic source of fibre. There are no preservatives in our products makes them a great choice for both kids and adults.

Our seed selection includes sesame seeds (an excellent source of plant protein, magnesium and calcium), pumpkin seeds (high in antioxidants, iron and zinc), flaxseed (rich in Omega-3 fatty acid ALA, lignans and fibre), sunflower seeds (good source of vitamin E and B1, healthy fats and antioxidants ) all of which help to improve digestive health, lower blood pressure and bad cholesterol.
As our products are made by hand, please expect minor variations in cracker shapes and sizes, which do not affect their taste. (On the contrary, we think they taste much better, being handmade!)
